Shipping & Returns


  • Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney by courier to arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order
  • Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday therefore a business delivery address is preferred
  • PO Box addresses are NOT accepted
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. colleague, neighbour, building manager
  • AUSSIA bears no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
  • AUSSIA is not responsible for any damage after delivery
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.  


  • You have the right to cancel your order with us or exchange goods, provided you give us written notice within seven working days of receipt via email You should then return your item(s) within seven days of emailing us. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted
  • If an item is faulty, please provide details why
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, traceable means to return your order to us at AUSSIA 13/52 Holker St, Silverwater NSW 2128, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute
  • Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment 
  • All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to
  • We will refund the full value of your order, within 30 days of receiving your goods  
  • Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within seven working days of receiving the order, as described above.
